My Fellow Floridian,
The Democrats in Washington have made moves to hijack the automobile industry, the banking industry, the housing industry, and now it is health care.
Last week Congress ignored the voices of physicians and patients and plunged headlong down the path toward socialized medicine. Unless we take a stand now, the health of every Floridian and every American and the very economic foundation that made our country great will be at risk.
We can enact meaningful reform—reform that addresses important concerns like pre-existing conditions and portability of health insurance—without undermining the entire system of care.
I am the only candidate for Attorney General who thoroughly understands health care policy. I am prepared to take up the mantle and continue General McCollum’s fight against this massive government takeover.
