Governor Crist Appoints Judge Bronwyn C. Miller to the 11th Judicial Circuit Court
TALLAHASSEE – Governor Charlie Crist today announced the appointment of Miami-Dade County Judge Bronwyn C. Miller of Coconut Grove to the 11th Judicial Circuit Court.
“Judge Miller is a principled and respectable public servant who understands and appreciates the responsibilities that are expected of the bench,” said Governor Crist. “I am confident she will continue her record of fair, rational decisions and serve the people well.”
Judge Miller, 37, has served on the Miami-Dade County Court since 2005. Previously, she was an assistant state attorney in the Miami State Attorney’s Office from 1997 to 2005. Miller received her bachelor’s degree from Barnard College, affiliated with Columbia University, and her law degree from the University of Miami.
Judge Miller will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Judith L. Kreeger.
