Charlie Crist for U.S. Senate: What It Takes to Win – A Message from Dane

August 23, 2010 Politics No Comments

There are less than 24 hours before the Florida Primary.

Governor Charlie Crist will not be on the ballot – our moment comes in November.  But tomorrow also marks an important fundraising deadline.

Will you help our campaign raise the funds necessary to hold off the advances of both political parties and make Charlie Crist the first independent senator from the state of Florida?

The Democratic and Republican parties will soon throw everything they have at us.  In more than one way, they see us as a major threat.

We need the resources to fight back.

We need to air TV ads, open up campaign offices, and print fliers.

We need to respond on the fly, and we need to prove that our independent campaign has what it takes to beat both national parties.

In sum, we need an extraordinary show of support from Floridians all across the state.  It does not matter if you can donate $5 or $50 – our campaign needs YOUR help to succeed.

With YOUR help and YOUR contributions, we will show Washington that here in Florida, the two-party system is not the law of the land.

That here in Florida, people can make up their own minds, and can elect a senator who speaks for THEM.

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to working with you in the weeks ahead.
