Jeff Greene for U.S. Senate: Voting For Your Future

Re: Voting For Your Future

The primary election this Tuesday, August 24th, will be one of the most important votes for Florida in recent history. Our state is at a turning point, and how you vote this Tuesday will help set the course for the next several years. Your vote will determine whether we pull ourselves out of the economic difficulties we currently face, or continue on the path of high unemployment, high foreclosure rates, environmental disasters, and failure to address the problems of the future.

As Jeff traveled the state talking with voters, he has been humbled by the support and enthusiasm demonstrated across Florida for his Senate candidacy. We have the momentum behind our campaign, but we still need all of your support right up until Election Day. Public polling during the past weeks has shown the race is tight, and every vote counts. Fortunately for Florida voters, the choice is clear.

Jeff Greene is one of America’s most successful businessmen. He is an outsider who will challenge the special interests. He is the wake up call Washington needs. If we want to change Washington and fix our economy we can’t expect the career politicians to bring change.

Jeff Greene is the only proven job creator on the ballot. He has created thousands of jobs in a career spanning more than 30 years in business. He has a plan that includes increasing government and private sector investment in research and development of the technologies of the future. Tax cuts for small businesses, payroll tax holidays for employers that hire new workers, and the expansion of tax credits for innovation are all important bricks in the road to the future.

Jeff Greene supports real Democratic principles. Jeff will stand up to the corruption, corporate excess, and greed that brought America’s economy to its knees. He will fight to crack down on Wall Street abuses and make sure Main Street Americans never have to pay for bailouts again.

Jeff supports President Obama’s health care plan, and will stand up to the prescription drug companies and private insurers to bring down the cost of health insurance.

And what is the other choice? Eight years of failed Washington experience and a record that is rife with corruption, job loss and special interest politics. It’s time for bold new leadership.

On Tuesday, August 24th, vote for the candidate who is best equipped to fight for all Floridians. Vote for Jeff Greene.
