Senate President Mike Haridopolos Makes Budget Committee and Subcommittee Assignments

TALLAHASSEE – Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos today announced assignments to the Budget Committee and seven budget subcommittees.

“Because of their singular constitutional responsibility to approve a budget, I’ve assigned every Senator to serve on at least one budget subcommittee,” said President Haridopolos. “These are difficult economic times and we all must have a significant role in assuring that state government lives within its means and that we don’t further burden our fellow Floridians.”
