Re: Judge Vinson Grants Florida’s motion to add parties to the lawsuit
challenging federal health care law

Members of the Media,

In response to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s request yesterday to
add six states – Iowa, Ohio, Kansas, Wyoming, Wisconsin and Maine – to the
federal health care lawsuit, the federal judge issued an order today
accepting those six states.
