Florida Public Service Commission to Consider Nuclear Cost Recovery for FPL and PEF

TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Special Commission Conference on Monday, October 24, to consider a staff recommendation addressing requests for nuclear cost recovery from Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) and Progress Energy Florida, Inc. (PEF).

The Special Commission Conference is scheduled for the following time and location:
