PSC Chairman Ronald A. Brisé to Participate in FAMU-FSU Virtual Town Hall on Energy

TALLAHASSEE — Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) Chairman Ronald A. Brisé is participating in a panel discussion on “Electricity Matters: Redefining Florida’s Energy Future” at 10 a.m. this Friday. With the consumer’s perspective in mind, the Virtual Town Hall on the Future of Energy will address the impact of electric power on job creation, economic development, and energy affordability, especially for minorities and young adults.

Sponsored by the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering and Politic365, panel participants also include J.R. Kelly, Florida’s Public Counsel; Brenda Buchan, Office of Energy, Department of Agriculture; Dale Landry, President, NAACP; and David K. Owens, Vice President of Business Operations, Edison Electric Institute. The panel will be moderated by Jeff Johnson, MSNBC contributor and Politic365 Executive Editor.
