FDLE arrests two men for possession of child pornography

For Immediate Release July 3, 2012

Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tampa Regional Operations Center Cyber Crimes Task Force yesterday arrested two men for possession of child pornography. These two arrests are not linked to each other.

The first arrest occurred in Pinellas County when task force members arrested Maximillian Nable, 22, of Dunedin, Fla., for three counts of possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.

Agents executed a search warrant at Nable’s home, located at 1155 Suemar Road, Dunedin, Fla., and located the child pornography on his computer.

Nable was booked into the Pinellas County Jail.

The second arrest occurred in Pasco County when agents arrested Michael David Vancelette, 25, of Holiday, Fla., for one count of promoting the sexual performance by a child, a third-degree felony and 11 counts of possession of child pornography, a second-degree felony.

Agents executed a search warrant at Vancellete’s home, located at 5252 Casino Drive, Holiday, Fla., and located numerous images of child pornography on his computer.

Vancellete was booked into the Pasco County Jail.
