Governor Rick Scott Appoints Three to Ninth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission

Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Paetra T. Brownlee, Joshua D. Grosshans, and William C. Vose to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.

Paetra T. Brownlee, of Orlando, is an attorney at Brownstone, P.A. She received a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a law degree from the Florida State University. She succeeds W. Bruce O’Donoghue and is appointed for a term beginning August 16, 2012, and ending July 1, 2016.

Joshua D. Grosshans, of Winter Garden, has practiced with Mateer and Harbert, P.A. since 2008. Previously, he practiced with Nardella Chong, P.A. from 2006 to 2008. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a law degree from the Florida State University. He succeeds Gregorio A. Francis and is appointed for a term beginning August 16, 2012, and ending July 1, 2016.

William C. Vose, of Orlando, has practiced in the Ninth Circuit State Attorney’s Office for over 23 years. He currently is the Chief Assistant State Attorney. He received bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Florida. He succeeds Patrick T. Christiansen and is appointed for a term beginning August 16, 2012, and ending July 1, 2016. He is appointed from the list of nominees submitted by the Florida Bar.
