SARASOTA MAN WINS $1,000,000 MONOPOLY™ SCRATCH-OFF PRIZE
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery announces that Robert Mitchell, of Sarasota, claimed a $1 million top prize in the $1,000,000 MONOPOLY™ Scratch-Off game. Mitchell chose the one-time, lump-sum payment for his winnings in the amount of $700,000. He purchased his winning Scratch-Off ticket at Publix, located at 3690 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota.
The $10 Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 MONOPOLY™, has three $1,000,000 top prizes remaining. The overall odds of winning are one in 3.33.
The Florida Lottery offers approximately 60 Scratch-Off games at any given time through instant ticket vending machines or on-counter displays at more than 13,000 retailers statewide.
