Learn why the League is opposed to all 11 amendments and consult with state and national experts on Amendments 3, 4, 5 and 8

League leaders and amendment experts will offer in-depth information on the League’s opposition to all 11 constitutional amendments on the November 6 ballot, with special attention to Amendments 3 (State Government Revenue Limitation), 4 (Property Tax Limitation), 5 (State Courts) and 8 (Religious Freedom). Public policy experts Robb Gray, senior vice president, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, which has just released impact analyses on Amendments 3 and 4, and Alex Villalobos, former state senator and Judiciary Committee chairman, will participate in the call.
