$3 MILLION LUCKY LINES™ WINNER CLAIMS CASH PRIZE

TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery today announced that LUCKY LINES™ winner, Pedro Mendez, 41, of Miami claimed a $3 million top prize. The winner purchased his top-prize winning ticket, a $5 play, from Pamen Liquor Store, located at 9537 West Flagler Street in Miami. The retailer will receive a bonus incentive of $10,000 for selling the top-prize winning ticket.

LUCKY LINES is an instant-win Terminal game, meaning that it is purchased through a Lottery Terminal, that offers players the opportunity to win big jackpot prizes without having to wait for a drawing. LUCKY LINES tickets may be purchased for $1, $2, $3 or $5. Players must select their play amount and seven numbers, or choose Quick Pick. Similar to Bingo, players must match three to seven of their numbers together in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line on the game board to win. Or, players may win double-their-money-back if all of their seven numbers are not touching on the game board.

Top prizes range from $400,000 for a $1 play to $3 million for a $5 play. All prizes are made in a one-time, lump-sum cash payment. Prizes of less than $600 may be claimed at a Lottery retailer. Prizes of up to $250,000 may be claimed at any Florida Lottery district office. Prizes of more than $250,000 must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
