Who Will Be the Judge?
Justices to speak about merit retention

WHAT: A public forum to examine the process of merit selection and retention, which has been used for appointees to the Florida Supreme Court since 1976. Panelists will include sitting Florida Supreme Court Justices Barbara J. Pariente, R. Fred Lewis and Peggy A. Quince, each of whom is up for a merit retention vote in November.
