PSC to Hear Qwest Communications Complaint
TALLAHASSEE — Florida’s Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a hearing, beginning Tuesday, October 23, on Qwest Communications Company’s (QCC) complaint against several telecommunications companies about intrastate switched access services.
QCC’s complaint alleges that certain companies entered into agreements outside existing tariffs and failed to offer QCC equal opportunity, as required by Florida Statutes. Intrastate switched access service enables wholesale customers, such as interexchange companies, to complete end-user intrastate long-distance calls.
The hearing is set for the following time and location:
Tuesday, October 23 through Thursday, October 25, 2012
Beginning each day at 9:30 a.m.
Betty Easley Conference Center
Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room (Room 148)
4075 Esplanade Way
Tallahassee, Florida
