TAMPA MAN IS FIRST TO CLAIM 25th ANNIVERSARY MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE™ $1 MILLION PRIZE

TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery announces that Alfredo Lucas, 63, of Tampa, claimed his $1 million 25th Anniversary MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE™ prize at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee. He purchased the winning ticket at Hess Express, located at 3611 West Bearss Avenue in Tampa.

“I play every day because you never know when it will be your day to win,” said Lucas. “I believe it only takes one ticket to win, so I buy one of each terminal game and hope that it’s my day.”
