Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference
TALLAHASSEE – The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Monday, December 10, Commission Conference:
ITEM 9: Docket No. 120262-TC – Proposed revisions to pay telephone Rules 25-24.5l0, 25-24.511, 25-24.512, 25-24.514 and 25-24.515, F.A.C. The Commission will address a staff recommendation to amend Florida Statutes pertaining to pay telephones to conform with legislation enacted in 2011.
ITEM 10: Docket No. 120037-WS – Application for increase in water and wastewater rates in Lake County by Utilities, Inc. of Pennbrooke. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the utility’s petition to increase its rates. Pennbrooke provides water and wastewater service to approximately 1,360 water and 1,230 wastewater customers in Lake County.
ITEM 13: Docket No. 120157-WS – Request by Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. (AUF) to establish residential wastewater-only rates. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s request for the Commission to establish residential wastewater-only service rates for its entire system. AUF provides water and wastewater service to 58 water and 27 wastewater systems in 17 counties under the Commission’s jurisdiction.
