Attorney General Bondi’s Statement on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –“On this day in 1941, the United States lost thousands
of Americans during an attack on America’s naval base in Hawaii. It has
been 71 years since the attack, but we have not forgotten the effect it has
had on our country. As President Franklin D. Roosevelt said, December 7,
1941 is ‘a date which will live in infamy.’

“I encourage Floridians to pay tribute to our soldiers who protect and
defend our country. I am eternally grateful for the sacrifices our Armed
Forces make for our freedom.”
