PSC Sets Special Commission Conference to Consider FPL Settlement Agreement

TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Special Commission Conference on Thursday, December 13, to consider Florida Power & Light Company’s (FPL) proposed Settlement Agreement (Agreement). The Agreement addresses FPL’s pending rate case petition filed with the Commission on March 19.

FPL, the Florida Industrial Power Users Group, South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association, and the Federal Executive Agencies signed the Agreement submitted to the PSC on August 15. If the Agreement is not approved, the Commission is scheduled to consider FPL’s rate case request on January 23.

The Special Commission Conference is set for the following time and location:
