Franklin County Sheriff’s Office conducting a death investigation
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO), with the assistance of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, is conducting a death investigation where foul play is suspected.
Around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, FCSO received calls referencing a deceased individual in the area of State Road 30A, 10 miles west of Apalachicola.
The victim has been positively identified as 68-year-old Cynthia A. Green who lives in Apalachicola.
