TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The James Madison Institute (JMI) will host a press conference on Wednesday to announce the release of its latest policy brief, Florida’s Best Medicaid Option under the PPACA: Expand the Reforms, Not the Rolls.

Michael Cannon, Director of Health Policy Studies at the Cato Institute, will join with JMI to discuss another PPACA factor, state-based health insurance exchanges, and to provide an opportunity for media questions following his testimony before the Senate Select Committee on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
