ENTERPRISE FLORIDA TO UNVEIL FIRST-EVER FLORIDA BUSINESS BRAND

WHAT: Enterprise Florida Inc. (EFI), the state’s lead economic development entity will unveil Florida’s first-ever business brand following its board of directors meeting on January 31, 2013.

Florida has traditionally been known as a top-tier tourism location, but the state is also a thriving business destination, ranked as the #2 best state in the US for business, according to Chief Executive magazine. Facts, such as no personal income tax, unmatched trade access with Latin America and Florida’s top national ranking for workforce, transportation infrastructure, support the state’s competitiveness and credibility as a leading business destination.

The branding initiative represents one of the most important competitiveness tools for the state to market itself nationally and internationally as a business destination.
