Governor Rick Scott Reappoints Ricardo “Rick” Morales to the Judicial Qualifications Commission
Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of Ricardo “Rick” Morales III to the Judicial Qualifications Commission.
Morales, 50, of Jacksonville, is a general contractor and has been the president of Morales Construction Company Inc., since 1987. He has been a member of the Judicial Qualifications Commission since 2001 and is the Commission’s current Vice Chair. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association. Morales received his bachelor’s degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 30, 2013, and ending December 31, 2018.
