Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference

TALLAHASSEE – The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, February 19, Commission Conference:

ITEM 2: Docket No. 130033-PU – Proposed amendment of Rules 25-6.0131, 25-7.0131, 25-7.101, and 25-30.120, Florida Administrative Code. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on proposed amendment changes that require Commission-regulated electric, gas, gas transmission, and water and wastewater companies to remit regulatory assessment fees (RAFs) based on gross operating revenues and establish requirements on how fees are determined.

ITEM 3: Docket No. 120219-WS – Application for approval of transfer of Plantation Landings, Ltd. water and wastewater system and Certificate Nos. 606-W and 522-S in Polk County to GCP Plantation Landings, LLC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the utility’s petition to transfer Plantation Landings, Ltd.’s water and wastewater system and related certificates, to GCP Plantation Landings, LLC.

ITEM 4: Docket No. 120272-WS – Joint application to approve transfer of Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc.’s water and wastewater facilities serving the Arredondo Farms Mobile Home Park in Alachua County to YES Companies, LLC, and cancel related Certificate No. 479-S and amend Certificate No. 549-W. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc.’s application to transfer water and wastewater facilities serving the Arredondo area, to YES Companies, LLC, canceling previous amendments.
