Tallahassee–Members of the Florida Legislative Black Caucus will hold its regular scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013 at City Hall, 300 S. Adams Street in the Tallahassee room. The guest presenters will be Florida Lottery Secretary Cynthia F. O’Connell, Surgeon General and Secretary of Health John H. Armstrong and Director of Minority Health Mike Manson.

The pocket-sized 2013 guide is a listing of all major news outlets in Florida that have capital bureaus, including contact information for individual reporters who cover issues of statewide importance.
