TAMPA — Three leaders in the financial services, managed eye care and public relations industries will share their expertise at the final Business Network Symposium of the 2013-2014 academic year on Tuesday, April 8, at The University of Tampa.

The event begins with a continental breakfast at 7:15 a.m., and the program runs from 7:45–9 a.m. The symposium will be held in the Vaughn Center Crescent Club and is free and open to the public.

The three speakers are Trevor Burgess, CEO of C1 Bank and C1 Financial; Lorna Taylor, president and CEO of Premier Eye Care; and Tom Hall, chairman of Tucker/Hall.

Burgess was recognized as the 2013 Florida Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the financial services category. He spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker, working in New York, Los Angeles and London and raising more than $50 billion for his clients.
