Osceola County - The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Five, is conducting a public meeting to present the proposed access management concept for the SR 600 (US 17-92) widening. Access management is the process used to plan the location, design and operation of driveways, median openings, and street connections. The project limits are from west of Poinciana Boulevard to CR 535 (Ham Brown Road), a distance of approximately 2.03 miles.
The upcoming meeting is being conducted to present and explain the proposed access management concept and to obtain input from elected and appointed officials, property owners/tenants, business owners/operators, and other interested parties. The public meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the New Hope Bible Church located at 1730 Vintage Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34746. The meeting begins as an open house at 5:00 pm with a brief presentation at approximately 5:30 pm.
