Chef Justin Timineri Spices Things Up at Museum of Florida History

Tallahassee, FL – Florida’s culinary ambassador, Executive Chef Justin Timineri, will give an educational and tasty presentation on Tuesday as part of the Museum of Florida History’s The Lure of Florida Fishing exhibit.

Timineri, executive chef for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, won the Food Network’s 2006 Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans. At next week’s event, he will be cooking up a sampling of “Fresh From Florida” seafood. The demonstration is free and open to the public.
