FAMU Police Department Hosts Active Shooter Training
What: The FAMU Police Department, in conjunction with the LSU National Center for Biomedical Research, will host a Law Enforcement Active Shooter Emergency Response (LASER) class for 40 law enforcement officers. This classroom and hands-on course will be taught by the Department of Homeland Security.
(This is an invitation for media to cover the training session. The event is NOT open to the public.)
