Tallahassee, FL - The Republican Party of Florida, in coordination with the Republican National Committee, is pleased to announce that Latanya Peterson will serve as Director of the GOP’s African American engagement efforts in Florida.

“We are excited to welcome Latanya to our Florida team. Her involvement and experience in Florida’s African American community will be an asset not only to Governor Scott, but to our entire Republican team. We look forward to working side by side with Latanya as she works to spread Governor Scott’s message of job creation and improved education to African American communities across the state,” said RPOF Chairman Leslie Dougher.

“Latanya brings immense value to the work the RNC and Republican Party of Florida hope to accomplish together,” said Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus. “With Latanya joining our team, we continue to build a tremendous grassroots network across Florida and around the country. Latanya brings her experience as a successful community leader to our Party, and she will work to build strong, lasting relationships with every voter in every community.”
