JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Today, the Jay Fant Campaign officially received the endorsement of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida. The Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida is a statewide organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the interests of the commercial construction industry in the state of Florida. Their support for Jay Fant’s candidacy further validates his agenda for bringing opportunity and prosperity to Florida’s small business and working communities.

“ABC is the voice of commercial merit shop construction in Florida. Our association supports free enterprise, lower taxes and reasonable regulation “ says Rick Watson, Legislative Counsel for ABC. “Jay shares our philosophy, and we’re pleased to endorse him. “

With this endorsement, Jay Fant adds yet another strong ally to his burgeoning coalition of support. Fant has also been endorsed by the National Federation for Independent Business (NFIB) and 50 Westside small business leaders. Fant is also A-Rated by Florida Right to Life and the NRA.

“I’m honored by the endorsement of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida,” Jay Fant said. “Their agenda for achieving meaningful regulatory and lawsuit reform is right in line with the principles of our campaign, and I’m looking forward to working with them as a state legislator.”
