LAKE WORTH MAN WINS JACKPOT PRIZE OF $1 MILLION PLAYING 100X THE CASH SCRATCH-OFF GAME
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery announces that David Schneider, 44, of Lake Worth, claimed a $1 million prize in the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
“This money couldn’t have come at a better time” said Schneider, who chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $723,360.75.
Schneider purchased his winning ticket from Hess Express, located at 5975 U.S. Highway 441 in Lake Worth. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $25 game, 100X THE CASH, offers top prizes of $1 million and $5 million. Twenty – three of the 54 $1 million prizes remain to be won. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-2.86.
