LOTTERY PLAYERS HIT THE JACKPOT WITH SECOND CHANCE PROMOTION
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery held the final second chance drawing for non-winning JACKPOT Scratch-Off tickets in the $50,000 Jackpot Second Chance Promotion. One player in each drawing won a $50,000 grand prize and 50 second prize winners in each drawing won a $500 cash prize.

Each of the four JACKPOT family Scratch-Off games, which launched on July 1, 2014, were eligible for the second chance promotion. The jackpot-themed games range in price from $1 to $10 and offer a combined total of $208 million in cash prizes and 17 million winning tickets.
Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 60 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $575 million in funding for education in fiscal year 2012-13.
