Governor Rick Scott today attended the annual Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Memorial Service to honor the officers who have died in the line of duty in Hillsborough County. At the ceremony, Gov. Scott emphasized the importance of supporting and thanking our law enforcement officers.
Governor Scott said, “I was proud to honor our law enforcement heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice to keep others safe today. It’s important for us to honor their service, support their families and respect their legacies. Florida stands strongly behind those who serve.”
