Sachs Media Group, consistently ranked among Florida’s and the nation’s top independent full-service public relations agencies, recently passed the Worldcom Public Relations Group’s rigorous peer review of its service delivery, business, and agency management processes.
Overview of Worldcom Peer Review Process
The Worldcom Peer Review is the communications industry’s most comprehensive peer review process, designed to ensure that partners satisfy the Group’s measurement criteria for overall quality and professionalism. This was the first time the Florida-based agency underwent the process since earning Worldcom partnership status in 2016. Sachs Media Group is one of only three Worldcom partners in Florida and provides public relations, public affairs, and crisis communications services throughout the state and beyond.

Sachs Media Group received strong marks in all categories evaluated, earning the highest possible scores in Campaign Execution, Business Management, and Worldcom partner performance. Sachs Media Group’s Peer Review was judged by a team of Worldcom’s senior agency leaders who evaluate performance metrics, client evaluations, quality control, and management standards necessary to properly serve local and global clients while also employing best practices in firm management.
