This weekly report is prepared by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to inform the public about upcoming road work in Southwest Florida. Below are the work schedule and lane closure locations for major state road projects.
Motorists are reminded to wear safety belts and drive with caution, courtesy, common sense, and patience as they travel through work zones. Remember, speeding fines are doubled in work zones.
As a reminder, travelers can visit www.FL511.com or dial “511” from their phone to learn about traffic conditions on major roadways across the state. If you know before you go, you can plan accordingly and save time and money.
Hardee County
US 17 from the Hardee/Desoto County Line to Sweetwater Road (CR 634):
Construction project: Crews will widen US 17 from two lanes to four lanes, add a grassed median and build new two-lane bridges over Charlie Creek and Charlie Creek Overflow. The contractor will also install new roadside drainage swales and stormwater ponds to manage water running off the roadway. Watch for crews and equipment working close to the road. Drivers should expect daytime lane closures and flaggers will direct motorists through the work zone in a single lane. Please observe posted speed limits and drive with caution in the construction zone. The contractor is Watson Civil Construction. Estimated completion is summer 2018.
A new traffic pattern is scheduled to be implemented for northbound travel on US 17. Flaggers will direct motorists through the lane closure(s) as crews will be installing new traffic striping to move traffic onto the new northbound portion of the roadway. Motorists should pay attention to the new striping patterns to traverse the project.
Highlands County
US 27 Northbound between Lakeview Drive and Vicki Drive:
Maintenance contract project: Crews are repairing the sidewalks on the northbound shoulder. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the site. Please use caution in this area and watch for crews working close to the roadway.
US 27 from Lakeview Drive to Flare Road:
Maintenance contract project: Crews will be repairing sidewalk and curb in this area. Crews will be closing lanes intermittently from through July 27. Watch for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway and lane closures daily.
US 27 Southbound between Golfview Road and Tubbs Road:
Maintenance permit project: Crews will reconstruct the driveway/connection at the old Mexican restaurant location and adjacent property. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the site. Please use caution in this area and watch for crews working close to the roadway.
US 27 Northbound between CR 17 and the Polk County line:
Maintenance permit project: Crews are investigating the underground utilities. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the site. Please use caution in this area and watch for crews working along the shoulder.
US 27 from West Townsend Street to Batts Street and on SR 64 from US 27 to Self Avenue:
Construction project: Crews are replacing existing roadway with the concrete pavement on US 27 southbound from West Pleasant Street to Paulk Street, US 27 northbound from Dyal Street to West Hill Street, and on SR 64 from Self Avenue to US 27. The contractor is also milling and resurfacing the existing roadway on US 27 from West Townsend Street to Batts Street and on SR 64 from Collier Avenue to Self Avenue, installing curb and gutter, installing traffic separators, sidewalks, traffic signals, streetlights, and signing and pavement markers. A single continuous lane closure on US 27 will be in place during intersection construction. Additional lane closures, single-lane flagging operations, and temporary lane shifts will occur during nighttime/overnight hours on US 27 and SR 64. The contractor is Concrete Services, LLC. Estimated project completion date is spring 2020.
Motorists should expect lane closures on US 27 during overnight hours from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. and intermittent single-lane flagging operations on SR 64 during the daytime. Please use caution and watch for crews working in the roadway.
All US 27 traffic lanes have shifted eastward and reduced to two lanes in each direction.
The entrances to Kersey Street and Prairie Street on southbound US 27 and South Hart Avenue on eastbound SR 64 will be closed to traffic from about July 23 through August 11. Please follow detour signs and watch for workers in the construction zone.
US 27 in front of Home Depot:
Maintenance contracts project: Crews are working on ditches. Crews will be closing lanes intermittently. There will be a crane brought in to reset the existing structure. Watch for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the Southbound lane in front of Home Depot.
SR 70 from US 27 to CR 721:
Maintenance project: Crews will perform weed control and tree trimming along the guardrail in this area. Motorists should use caution and expect intermittent lane closures eastbound and westbound from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
SR 17 from east of Woodlawn Drive to Pasadena Avenue and on Claudia Avenue:
Construction project: Crews will improve drainage along SR 17 and Claudia Avenue. Additional improvements include resurfacing the roadway, installing guardrail and pavement markings, and installing curb and gutter. Lane closures on Claudia Avenue will be during nighttime/overnight hours and a detour will be in place. Please follow posted detour signs and watch for workers in the construction zone. Estimated project completion is the end of the year 2018. The contractor is Watson Civil Construction, Inc.
US 17 (Lakeview Drive) between Mellow Lane and Kenilworth Boulevard:
Maintenance permit project: Southbound lane closure. Traffic will be using the center turn lane. Crews will rebuild overhead power lines, remove old power poles and re-build/set new poles. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the site. Please use caution in this area and watch for crews working close to the roadway.
Manatee County
23rd Street W from 14th Avenue W to Business US 41/Valencia Drive:
Construction project: Crews are constructing sidewalk around Blackstone Park on 23rd Street W from 14th Avenue W to Business US 41/Valencia Drive. Expect daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and nighttime/overnight lane closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. while crews are working. American Lighting & Signalization, LLC is the contractor. Expected completion is late summer/early fall 2018.
I-275 at the Sunshine Skyway Rest Areas in Manatee and Pinellas Counties:
Construction project: Improvements include constructing new rest areas and new parking lots with LED lighting, seawall repairs and extending the seawall at the Manatee County rest area to accommodate a new picnic pavilion. The Pinellas County Skyway Rest Area is closed for renovations. During this time, motorists will be directed to the Manatee County Skyway Rest Area. The closure is expected to last until fall 2018. The fishing piers will remain open during the closure. Construction is on-going on the new rest area site and the seawall on the Manatee side, west of I-275. Expected completion of both rest areas is fall 2019. David Nelson Construction Company is the contractor.
I-275 Southbound Ramp to I-75 Northbound (Exit 228):
Construction project: Crews are replacing the concrete bridge deck on the southbound I-275 ramp to northbound I-75. The ramp will close to traffic on Sunday, July 29 and remain closed for approximately ten (10) months. Traffic will be detoured north on US 41/S Tamiami Trail to SR 674/E College Avenue in Hillsborough County. A temporary traffic signal has been installed on US 41 at the southbound I-275 exit. Nighttime/overnight periodic I-75 north and southbound lane closures beneath I-275 and on I-275 southbound will occur during construction. Nighttime/overnight detours for northbound I-275 begin Sunday, July 22 and will continue for approximately two weeks. During this time, traffic will be detoured northbound on I-75 to CR 683/Moccasin Wallow Road. Traffic will continue on Moccasin Wallow Road to US 41 and continue to the I-275 northbound interchange. Expected completion is summer 2019. Cone & Graham, Inc. is the contractor.
I-75 at SR 64/Manatee Avenue Interchange (Exit 220):
Construction project: Crews are currently widening northbound and southbound I-75 and performing ramp, grading, utility, and drainage work.
Motorists are advised that one lane closure in each direction on SR 64 may occur during the overnight hours between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

This project reconstructs the interchange, widens interchange ramps and SR 64, and installs sidewalks and bicycle lanes on SR 64. Variable message signs will be in place to alert drivers that work is underway. Drivers should use caution while traveling in this area. Estimated completion is late 2019. The contractor is Prince Contracting LLC.
I-75 at the University Parkway Interchange (Exit 213):
Construction project: Crews are installing landscaping and irrigation systems at the I-75 and University Parkway interchange. Lane closures on I-75, if needed, will occur between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. Lane closures on University Parkway, if needed, will occur between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Estimated completion is spring 2019. The contractor is Frankie Valdez Company, Inc.
US 301 from CR 675 to Moccasin Wallow Road:
Construction project: Crews are installing new landscaping, irrigation and welcome signs. Superior Landscaping & Lawn Services is the contractor. Expected completion is fall 2018.
US 41 from Bayshore Gardens to 60th Avenue:
Construction project: Crews are improving drainage, reconstructing pavement and driveways, constructing the sidewalk, and installing new striping. Expect nighttime/overnight lane closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. while crews are working. Expect daytime/nighttime northbound outside lane closures north of Bayshore Gardens Parkway for the next few weeks. Rogar Management & Consulting of FL is the contractor. Expected completion is late summer/early fall 2018.
US 41 between 37th Avenue W and 36th Avenue W:
Maintenance permit project: Crews are constructing a driveway. Expect intermittent northbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday, July 27. Use caution and expect possible delays.
SR 789/Gulf Drive from SR 64/Manatee Avenue to SR 684/Cortez Road:
Maintenance permit project: Manatee County is installing new force mains and water mains. For additional information about the project, please visit the project website here.
SR 70 (15th Street E) at 9th Avenue E:
Construction project: Crews are constructing a roundabout; installing highway lighting and landscaping; improving drainage; constructing the sidewalk, and resurfacing the roadway. Work begins Monday, July 23. The intersection of SR 70 (15th Street E) and 9th Avenue E will close to traffic on Wednesday, July 25 and remain closed for approximately six (6) months. Please use 13th Avenue E and 7th Avenue E as alternate routes during this time. A temporary traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of SR 70 (15th Street E) and 13th Avenue E while the detour is in effect. Watson Civil Construction, Inc., is the contractor. Expected completion is spring 2019.
SR 64 from Martinique Drive to 107th Court W:
Construction project: Crews are improving drainage, constructing the sidewalk and bicycle lanes, and installing new signing and pavement markings. Work occurs off the roadway and does not require lane closures. Florida Safety Contractors, Inc. is the contractor. Expected completion is fall 2018.
SR 64 (Manatee Avenue West) at 5th Street West:
Construction project: Crews are making improvements to the railroad crossing on SR 64 (Manatee Avenue West) at 5thStreet West. Estimated completion is late summer/early fall 2018. The contractor is Cone & Graham, Inc.
Okeechobee County
US 441 south from Park Street (SR 70) to SW 32th Street:
Maintenance permit project: Crews are installing underground cable on the southbound side of South Parrott Avenue (SR 15). There will be a nighttime/overnight lane closures beginning Monday, July 30 and continuing for the next three weeks. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the site.
US 441 from south of NE 131st Lane to the south of NE 224th Street:
Construction project: Crews are making improvements along 5.8 miles of US 441 from south of NE 131st Lane to the south of NE 224th Street. The project includes milling and resurfacing, adding a southbound left turn lane, drainage improvements, signing and pavement markers and signalization. Motorists should anticipate daytime and nighttime single-lane closures and follow flagger direction. Expect delays and use caution– watch for workers in the construction zone. The contractor is Ranger Construction. Estimated completion date is fall of 2018.
Motorists should expect single lane closures and be prepared to follow flagger direction at the Intersection of Potter Road and US 441 from Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. through 5:30 p.m.
US 98/US 441, SR 78 and the access road to Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail:
Construction project: Crews are making improvements at various locations along US 98/US 441, State Road 78 and the access road to the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail in Okeechobee. Work includes sidewalk construction, shoulder widening, base work, drainage improvements, curb & gutter, guardrail removal, signing and pavement marking, signalization and lighting. Use caution and watch for workers close to the road. The contractor is American Lighting & Signalization. Estimated completion date is spring of 2018.
SR 70 from SW 78th Terrace to North Parrott Avenue/US 441 from SR 70 to Osceola County:
Maintenance permit project: Utility work will be close to the roadway in urban areas but further away in rural areas. Please use caution in these areas and watch for crews working close to the roadway.
Polk County
Ewell Road from east of Irby Lane to Old Highway 37:
Construction project: Ewell Road is CLOSED at the Poley Creek bridge and will remain closed through the end of summer. Motorists should follow the posted detour using Lunn Road, West Pipkin Road and Yates Road to detour around Poley Creek. Trucks are directed to detour using SR 37 (South Florida Avenue), Shepherd Road and County Line Road.
A temporary signal has been placed at the eastern Lunn Road intersection to assist with traffic control while the bridge is closed and the detours are in place. Use caution and be prepared to stop.
This project includes replacing the bridge over Poley Creek, adding traffic signals and turn lanes at both Lunn Road intersections, resurfacing and upgrading signal equipment at Old Highway 37, drainage improvements, and milling and resurfacing in various locations. The contractor is SEMA Construction. Expected completion is Early 2019.
US 98 from Autumnwood Grove Drive and Innovation Drive:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for crews working in the median at night/overnight Tuesday, July 24, to install three monitoring wells in the right of way. Use caution and watch for crews and equipment entering and leaving the median.
US 27 through Polk County:
Construction project: Crews are working on the shoulder of the road. Watch for nighttime/overnight intermittent lane closures. Use caution, watch for workers close to the roadway and be prepared to merge.
This project includes designing and installing an adaptive signal control system along US 27 in Polk County. The contractor will install detection and control equipment, fiber optic cable to connect the traffic signal controllers and a leased line to connect to the Polk County Traffic Management Center (TMC) for remote monitoring and operation of the system. The contractor is Highway Safety Devices, Inc. Expected completion is fall 2018.
SR 659 (North Combee Road) at Lakeland Hills Boulevard:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for eastbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. while crews add a new driveway and regrade the ditch. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 563 (Harden Boulevard) at Grasslands Boulevard:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for nighttime/overnight lane and shoulder closures as crews extend and widen the right turn lane on Grasslands Boulevard. Use caution and watch for vehicles entering and leaving the roadway.
SR 559 at Cone Road (Auburndale):
Maintenance permit project: Watch for daytime lane closures with flaggers directing traffic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. as crews build a northbound turn lane. Use caution and be prepared to stop.
SR 548 from North Sloan Avenue to Kathleen Road:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for daytime lane closures in either direction from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. while crews repair lighting. Law enforcement officers will assist with traffic control. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 542 from 1st Street to Buckeye Loop Road:
Maintenance permit project: Expect periodic lane closures with flaggers directing traffic and trucks entering and leaving the roadway while various utility crews locate and install new facilities prior to an upcoming construction project scheduled to begin in October. Use caution and be prepared to stop.
SR 540 at 6th Street intersection:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for nighttime/overnight westbound lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. while crews add new curb and driveway. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 540 (Cypress Gardens Boulevard) at Helena Road:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for daytime lane and shoulder closures as crews reconstruct shoulders. Use caution and watch for vehicles entering and leaving the roadway.
SR 540 at Carlton Arms Boulevard:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for nighttime/overnight lane closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday, July 23 through Friday, July 27, as crews install roadway striping. Use Caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 60 from Diesel Road to Hillsborough County Line:
Construction project: Watch for daytime and nighttime/overnight lane closures as crews continue reconstructing median crossovers, grading and sodding, working on ditch pavement and drainage and paving. Use caution and be prepared to merge. Work continues at the following crossovers:
- Bailey Road/Shady Hammock crossover remains closed.
- Turner Road crossover remains closed.
Follow posted detours to U-turn at the next available median opening on SR 60.
This project includes resurfacing, drainage improvements, guardrail installation and median modifications. The Lane Construction Corporation is the contractor. Expected completion is fall 2018.
SR 60 near Armour Road:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for single lane closures both east and westbound as crews form A-C-T Environmental cleanup a diesel spill in the median from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, July 23. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 60 at Old Bartow Lake Wales Rd:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for daytime westbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., through Monday, July 30 as crews add a new turn lane and driveway onto SR 60.
SR 37 from CR 640 (Pinecrest Road) to CR 630:
Construction project: Watch for slow moving vehicles during the day as crews place the final striping on the roadway. Use caution and be prepared to stop. Work on this project includes full-depth reclamation by grinding out the old roadway into the base, adding a cement mix to make a new roadway base, placing a new asphalt layer on top of the recycled base, reconstructing shoulders and modifying the signal at CR 640 (Pinecrest Road). Ajax Paving is the contractor. Estimated completion is early 2019.
SR 37 (South Florida Avenue) from Shepherd Road/Shimmering Drive to north of CR 540A:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for single turn lane closures to coordinate with lane closures on County Road 540A, and shoulder closures with trucks/equipment entering and leaving the highway as crews continue installing new pipe. Use caution.
SR 37 south of Fitzgerald Road:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for nighttime/overnight northbound lane closures from 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews extend an existing left turn lane just south of Fitzgerald Road.
SR 37 (South Florida Avenue) from Poppell Drive to Azalea Street:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for northbound outside lane closure as crews install aerial cable from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 37 (South Florida Avenue) from Doris Drive to Poppell Drive:
Watch for northbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday, July 23, as Knight Enterprises crews install aerial cable in the east right of way. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
SR 33 at Mount Olive Road:
Maintenance permit project: Watch for daytime lane closures with traffic shifts and flaggers directing traffic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. as crews add a new turn lane and driveway. Use caution and be prepared to stop.
Sarasota County
Laurel Road at the Legacy Trail Crossing:
Construction project: Crews are constructing a pedestrian bridge along the Legacy Trail over Laurel Road. Please be aware of construction vehicles entering and leaving the construction zone. Both northbound and southbound trail traffic are now being detoured to the west along the signed detour route. Both sidewalks on the north and south side of Laurel Road are now closed. Please follow detour signs provided. Intermittent single lane closures at the bridge can be expected from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays only. Denson Construction, Inc. is the contractor for the bridge. Expected completion is fall 2018.

US 41 from SR 789 to Ritz Carlton Drive and sidewalk located along the north side of SR 789 from Sunset Drive to US 41:
Maintenance permit project: The sidewalk will remain closed until construction of the development located at the corner of US 41 and SR 789 is complete. Pedestrians should follow the established detour.
US 41 from Salford Boulevard to Sumter Boulevard:
Construction project: Crews are widening US 41 from Salford Boulevard to Sumter Boulevard to a six-lane highway; resurfacing the roadway; improving drainage; constructing sidewalk, and installing highway lighting. Expect nighttime/overnight lane closures from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. when crews are resurfacing the roadway. Expect periodic driveway closures along the northbound lanes while crews are installing drainage systems. Russell Engineering, Inc. is the contractor. Expected completion is spring 2019.
US 41 Roundabouts at 10th Street and 14th Street, Sarasota:
Construction project: Crews continue work within the right-of-way, medians and driveways.
Temporary single lane closures may occur between 9th Street and 15th Street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. if nighttime activities are scheduled.
13th Street at US 41 is closed for through traffic, residents and businesses can still access 13th Street from Cocoanut Avenue. Please follow detour signs.
12th Street closure at US 41 is delayed and is scheduled to begin the first week of August. Residents and businesses on 12th Street will be able to access from Cocoanut Avenue. Detour signs will be posted.
Traffic has been reconfigured into a new pattern on 10th Street east bound and west bound. Please pay close attention to the pavement markings and signs.
Waterline installation is expected on US 41 north of 14th Street. This operation is expected to take place during daytime hours. Expect to hear construction noise associated with the machinery, jack hammers, construction equipment, back up alarms and engine noises.
Installation of waterline across US 41 at 10th Street is expected to start this week and expected to last until mid-August. This waterline will be installed via directional bore. Expect noise from drilling rigs, heavy equipment, loaders, pumps, and vacuum trucks. All work is expected during the day time. The contractor’s work zone for this operation will be in the median of 10th Street east of US 41. Motorists are urged to use caution and be mindful of the workers and the heavy equipment moving in and out of this area.
West bound 10th Street will have restricted lanes, only 2 lanes will be available to make left turns, through traffic and right turns. Heavy equipment will be staged in the median, with large trucks moving in and out of the median. Motorists are urged to use caution in the area.
Installation of storm water pipes is expected south of Hog creek on the west side. There may be intermittent impacts to the boat ramp driveways but access to the boat ramps will always be maintained. Expect noise from equipment, pumps and power tools. This operation is expected during the day, but the pumps will be running 24/7.
Centennial Park Boat Ramp driveway on 10th Street will be closed. Motorists can access the boat ramp via the US 41 entrance. Northbound left turn lane from US 41 into the boat ramp is available.
Pedestrian paths have been reconfigured around the work zone, please use designated sidewalks and cross walks. No pedestrian access on the west side of US 41 beyond Centennial Park, pedestrians are advised to use the sidewalk on the east side of US 41. Impacts to pedestrian access south of the Centennial Park on the west side of US 41 is expected while the contractor is performing excavation in the area.
Storm water piping systems and light pole bases will be installed at the NE corner of 14th Street. Expect to hear diesel pumps running and heavy equipment and back up alarms. This work is expected during the day.
Box culvert construction has started. This is an active construction zone and for safety purposes only authorized personnel are allowed inside the work zone.
Grading in preparation for placement of asphalt and sidewalk at the northeast corner of 14th Street. Activity delayed due to rains. Expect equipment noise, backup alarms and dust during the operation.
The traffic pattern access will be limited to right turn in/out for 11th, 12th and 13th Street. Traveling southbound and northbound direction left turns are not permitted at 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th Streets. Motorists are advised to follow the posted signs.
Temporary detour route in effect. Use Cocoanut Avenue as alternate route to access 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th Street. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour route and seek an alternate route while traveling in this area.
Speed limit is reduced to 30 mph. Speeding fines are doubled in the construction area when workers are present.
Improvements being made as part of this project consist of reconstructing the signalized intersections and replacing them with roundabouts, enhancing connectivity, circulation and safety. US 41 will be widened between the two intersections and will include bike lanes as well as dedicated turn lanes, a 10-foot sidewalk along the west side, and a 6-foot sidewalk along the east side. Other improvements include raised islands for pedestrian refuge at the intersections of US 41 at 10th Street and 14th Street, pedestrian signals, LED street lights, landscaping, and City of Sarasota utility and underground drainage structure replacements. Expected completion is spring 2020. The contractor is IBT Construction LLC.
US 41 from Hospital Road to River Road:
Maintenance permit project: Crews are constructing new turn-lanes, driveway connections, and working in the medians. Expect intermittent north and southbound daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday, July 27. Use caution and expect possible delays.
SR 758/Bee Ridge Road from Bond Place to Cattleman Road:
Construction project: Crews are resurfacing the roadway, constructing sidewalk, improving drainage, and upgrading traffic signals and highway lighting. Expect nighttime/overnight single-lane closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. while crews are working. Ajax Paving Industries of Florida is the contractor. Expected completion is late fall 2018.
SR 72 at Gateway Road: Construction project:
This project is to replacing existing crosswalks, crosswalk landings, pedestrian signals, and lighting. This week, crews will work on installing underground wiring, and performing concrete work at the pedestrian crossings.
Drivers should anticipate lane closures; however, lane closures will be prohibited during peak hours from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Variable message signs will be in place to alert drivers that work is underway. Drivers should use caution while traveling in the work zone. Estimated completion is summer 2018, weather permitting. Ajax Paving Industries of Florida, LLC is the contractor.
SR 72 at the Stickney Point Drawbridge:
Bridge maintenance project: Crews are working on the bridge. Expect nighttime/overnight east and westbound intermittent right lane closures from 9 p.m. each night to 5 a.m. each morning Monday, July 23 through Thursday, July 26 and again Sunday, July 29 through Thursday, August 2. Use caution and expect possible delays.
