Gov. Scott Appoints Karen “Kasey” Cuchens to West Florida Regional Planning Council
Governor Rick Scott today announced the appointment of Karen “Kasey” Cuchens to the West Florida Regional Planning Council.
Cuchens, 58, previously served on the City Council of Freeport. She is the Vice President of Choctawhatchee Bay Piling and Dock, Inc. Cuchens fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning July 30, 2018 and ending at the pleasure of the Governor.

of Florida Technology Board of Directors
Governor Rick Scott today announced one appointment and one reappointment to the Institute for the Commercialization of Florida Technology Board of Directors.
Jim O’Connell, 54, of Gainesville, is the assistant vice president of technology transfer at the University of Florida. He fills a vacancy and is appointed for a term beginning July 30, 2018, and ending November 3, 2018.
Renee Finley, 51, of Jacksonville, is the founder and former president of innovation forGuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation. She is reappointed for a term beginning July 30, 2018, and ending November 3, 2019.
Gov. Scott Reappoints Larry Cook to Holmes County Hospital Corporation
Governor Rick Scott today announced the reappointment of Larry Cook to the Holmes County Hospital Corporation.
Larry Cook, 56, of Bonifay, is the owner of Son’s Tire, Inc. He is reappointed for a term beginning July 30, 2018, and ending August 22, 2020.
Gov. Scott Appoints Dr. Jan McGee to Southeast Volusia Hospital District
Governor Rick Scott today announced the appointment of Dr. Jan McGee to the Southeast Volusia Hospital District.
Dr. Jan McGee, 66, of Oak Hill, is the principal of Burns Science & Technology Charter School. She succeeds Harold Smothers and is appointed for a term beginning July 30, 2018, and ending March 31, 2022.
