The Florida Department of Law Enforcement today arrested Michael Elder, 40, of 1009 West US Highway 92, Seffner, Florida, for 50 counts of possession of child pornography.
The investigation began after agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an individual was uploading child pornography.
Through investigative efforts, agents found numerous images and videos of child pornography that included children as young as six months of age engaged in various sex acts.
Elder was arrested by FDLE agents this afternoon at his residence. He was transported to the Hillsborough County Jail. The case will be prosecuted by Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office of Statewide Prosecution.
