Governor Rick Scott today announced the appointment of Dr. Kelly Smith to the Governor’s Panel on Excellence in Long-Term Care.
Dr. Kelly Smith, 43, of Odessa, is the director of process improvement at Opis Senior Services Group. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning September 12, 2018, and ending September 30, 2019.
