Leadership Florida and the Florida Press Association will host the second gubernatorial debate between Andrew Gillum and Ron DeSantis on Wednesday, October 24 at Broward College in Davie. This debate has been scheduled for several months. Both candidates met the criteria established by the partners, and they have agreed to participate.
What: A debate with gubernatorial candidates Andrew Gillum and Ron DeSantis
When: Wednesday, October 24 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Media rooms open at 1:00 p.m.)
Who: The debate moderator is Todd McDermott, WPBF 25 News Anchor and panelists are Isadora Rangel, Public Affairs and Engagement Editor at Florida Today and Anthony Man, Political Writer at the Sun-Sentinel. The audience will include guests of each campaign, Leadership Florida members, debate sponsors, Broward College students and specially invited guests.
