Nelson unveils new ad that aims at Scott’s bad enviro record

Posted on October 19, 2018

U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson’s campaign unveiled a new ad today that’s sure to get voters jumping.

The 30-second spot called “Swamp” showcases how Nelson’s GOP opponent Rick Scott has enriched himself in public office while ruining Florida’s environment.

The ad, which features two talking frogs living in green slime created by “RRRRReck Skaahttt,” is being shipped to Florida television stations today.  “Our Florida is poisoned with Toxic algae,” a narrator in the ad says.

“SWAMP”

In the swamp of Tallahassee he’s a legend. Rick Scott

The CEO who made $300 million after defrauding Medicare. Rick Scott

The governor who gave contracts to donors that cost taxpayers $30 million. Rick Scott.

He made $550 million and hid it from the voters. Rick Scott.

Now our Florida is poisoned with Toxic algae. Rick Scott.

He’s so slimy, let’s leave him in Tallahassee.

We can’t trust Red Tide Rick. Nope.
