The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a workshop to discuss Florida’s electric utilities’ Ten-Year Site Plans, designed to identify system upgrades and modifications needed to maintain adequate reliability over the next ten years.

Following the Ten-Year Site Plan Workshop, the PSC will hold a hearing to consider Tampa Electric Company’s (TECO) petition to approve its second solar base rate adjustment (SoBRA), covering five solar projects that total 260 MW. All parties can present testimony and other evidence to support their positions during the hearing.

The workshop is scheduled for the following time and location followed by the hearing:

Monday, October 29, 2018

Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room (Room 148)

Tallahassee, Florida

Both Commission meetings will be broadcast on the Florida Channel (check your local listings) and will be available online at floridapsc.com (look for the “Watch Live Broadcast” icon on the left side of the web page).
