association’s support in the race for House District 69.
The Ray Blacklidge Campaign today announced the endorsement of the Florida Retail Federation (FRF) PAC. Blacklidge, a Republican, is seeking the District 69 seat in the Florida House. FRF joins numerous local leaders and organizations backing Blacklidge’s candidacy.
“I’m honored to have the support of this important organization,” said Blacklidge. “Retail is a significant part of our economy, and I look forward to partnering with FRF to make sure Florida’s economic environment continues to be a place where businesses of all sizes and types flourish.”
The Florida Retail Federation, the statewide trade association representing retailers, has more than 10,000 members. According to FRF, Florida retailers provide one out of every five jobs in the state, pay more than $49 billion in wages annually, and collect and remit more than $20 billion in sales taxes for Florida’s government each year.
