The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. Items scheduled for consideration can be found here. Public comment may be taken on any item noticed for public participation.
Following the Commission Conference, the PSC will hold a hearing to consider the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement between Gulf Power Company, the Office of Public Counsel, Florida Industrial Power Users Group, and Southern Alliance for Clean Energy regarding the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
During the hearing, all parties will have the opportunity to present testimony and other evidence on the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony.
