Four new Scratch-Off games from the Florida Lottery make the perfect gifts this holiday season

Posted on October 29, 2018

The Florida Lottery today launched a new family of holiday-themed Scratch-Off games. The four new games, $2,000,000 HOLIDAY BONUS, $1,000,000 HOLIDAY BONUS, $50,000 HOLIDAY BONUS and $10,000 HOLIDAY BONUS, offer more than $167 million in cash prizes and feature more than 17.5 million winning tickets!

The HOLIDAY BONUS family of Scratch-Off games make a great addition to any gift or can be the perfect gift all on their own when you ‘wrap’ them in our special holiday envelope! We encourage our players to ‘gift’ responsibly, and keep in mind that Florida Lottery products are intended for adults 18 and older. All Lottery retailers are expected to have these new tickets in stock and available for purchase within 72 hours.

The $10 game, $2,000,000 HOLIDAY BONUS, gives players the chance to win more than $62.5 million in prizes, including two top prizes of $2 million! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.39.

The $5 game, $1,000,000 HOLIDAY BONUS, offers more than $54.5 million in prizes, including six top prizes of $1 million! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-4.05.

The $2 game, $50,000 HOLIDAY BONUS, features more than $32 million in prizes, including six top prizes of $50,000! The game’s overall odds of winning one-in-4.41.

For just $1, $10,000 HOLIDAY BONUS features more than $17.5 million in prizes, including 36 top prizes of $10,000. The game’s overall odds of winning one-in-4.88.

Players can also enter their non-winning HOLIDAY BONUS Scratch-Off tickets into the “$10,000 Holiday Bonus” Second Chance Promotion for the chance to win cash prizes of $1,000 to $10,000! Three drawings will be held between November 21, 2018, and January 2, 2019. In each of the three drawings, three winners will each receive $10,000, seven winners will each receive $5,000, and 35 winners will each receive $1,000. All entries are weighted by price point, giving players the chance to earn up to 10 entries per ticket.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 69 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $871 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2017-18.
