SunRail is performing testing related to the implementation of future quiet zones and signal preemption at grade crossings. This work will occur on (approximately) a 2-mile section of the railroad. Testing could occur on either track and is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 18. The testing time will last for approximately six hours during the afternoon.

Railroad crossings where testing is occurring:

  • North Street
  • CR 427 (S. Ronald Reagan Blvd.)
  • Palmetto Street
  • Orange Avenue

Please be careful around trains, railroad crossings, and while at station platforms. Be smart. Be safe. For more information about SunRail, including fares, schedule and station locations, please visit sunrail.com.
