The Suddath Companies wins the annual 2018 “Excellence
in Loss Prevention” award for large sized companies
The Suddath Companies received the “Excellence in Loss Prevention” award from Vanliner Insurance, the top award for large companies (50+ power units) for the second year in a row. The annual awards ceremony recognizes companies that achieved best-in-class safety performance after a rigorous evaluation, making it a prestigious award in the industry. After evaluating hundreds of companies for monthly documentation of safety meetings, warehouse inspections, field safety checks, the existence of a formal “return to work” program and auto or workers compensation claims, Suddath came out on top.
“It is an honor for Suddath to earn the 2018 Excellence in Loss Prevention Award recognizing our commitment to safety and loss prevention training for our highly skilled workforce,” said Teri Fountain, vice president of Risk Management for the Suddath Companies. “At Suddath, our goal is to keep our workforce safe and bring our customers safe and quality service each day. It’s our desire to be the leader for safety and quality in the relocation industry.”
“These winners are excellent examples of companies we like to partner with because they truly make safety a priority. Congratulations to each of them, and we are extremely proud to call them our customers,” said Martin Lesko, Vanliner’s Director of Loss Control.
