State Representative Toby Overdorf has been appointed by House Speaker Jose Oliva to the State Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Florida. Overdorf was elected last month to represent District 83 in the Florida House of Representatives. Florida law allows the Speaker to appoint ten House members to the state executive committee of his political party.
“I appreciate Speaker Oliva’s confidence in me, and I’m honored to serve,” said Overdorf. “I look forward to playing a larger role in moving the Republican Party of Florida’s bold vision for continued economic growth and opportunity in the Sunshine State forward.”
In addition to Overdorf, Speaker Oliva also appointed Representatives Nick DiCeglie, Randy Fine, Jason Fischer, Mike La Rosa, Chris Latvala, Tom Leek, Paul Renner, Ray Rodrigues, Chris Sprowls.
