Senator Keith Perry, Chair of the Putnam County Legislative Delegation, makes the following announcement regarding the public hearing and deadlines.
The Putnam County Legislative Delegation Meeting will be on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The public hearing will take place at the Putnam County Board of County Commissioners Boardroom, located at 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is for the Putnam County Legislative Delegation to hear from local constituents, organizations, and elected officials on the issues facing their communities.
In order to be on the agenda to address the Putnam County Legislative Delegation, please email your appearance form to Robert Vogan at [email protected] by Tuesday, January 15. All materials and/or handouts for this meeting must be turned in to Senator Perry’s office no later than Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Chapter 286.26 Florida Statutes, persons in need of special accommodations to participate in the meeting, including agendas, interpreters, or assisted listening devices should contact the office of Senator Perry no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting so accommodations can be satisfied.
The Putnam County Legislative Delegation meeting is open to the public. One or more county and/or city commissioners may attend.
