The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. Items scheduled for consideration can be found here. Public comment may be taken on any item noticed for public participation.
Following the Commission Conference, the PSC will hold a hearing to consider the tax impacts on Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) resulting from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
The Commission Conference is scheduled for the following time and location:

In addition, February 6-8, have been reserved to continue the hearing, if needed. The starting time for the next day’s session will be announced at the hearing’s conclusion each day.
